Trivora (levonorgestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets USP) is available in a blister card. Each blister card contains 28 tablets in the following order:

• 6 blue tablets containing .05 mg levonorgestrel and .030 mg ethinyl estradiol
• 5 white tablets containing .075 mg levonorgestrel and .040 mg ethinyl estradiol
• 10 pink tablets containing .125 mg levonorgestrel and .030 mg ethinyl estradiol
• 7 peach tablets (inert)
